Frequently asked questions

Quick answers about budgets, streamers, buying, results and documents

Getting started and budget

What we need for a plan and when the campaign can go live

What do you need for a media plan?

The brand, objective, audience, timing and an approximate budget. If platforms, KPIs or streamers are not selected yet, we will propose them.

What budget makes sense?

A practical starting point is RUB 1 million per campaign. If the budget is smaller, we will say honestly whether a meaningful test is possible.

When will we receive the plan and go live?

We send the first media plan within one business day. Launch normally takes at least seven business days after streamers, creative and documents are approved.

Streamers and placements

How we build the pool and what remains under the client's control

Which platforms do you support?

Our core live advertising platforms are Twitch and VK Video Live. We use other platforms when the brief requires a separate creator integration.

How do you select streamers?

We review audience, content, previous streams, ad environment, actual views and rates. The client always approves the final list.

Can we bring our own list?

Yes. We will check channels for audience, price, availability and brand safety, then suggest replacements where needed.

What if a streamer cancels?

We will offer a replacement, reschedule the placement or recover volume on other channels. Any change is agreed before the plan is updated.

Buying and results

How we count impressions, recover delivery and report

How is stream advertising bought?

Media formats are bought on CPM, so you pay for actual impressions. Special streams and creator integrations are priced separately in the media plan.

What if delivery is below plan?

We add placements and recover the agreed volume. Make-good rules are fixed before launch.

What is included in the report?

Planned and actual impressions, reach, frequency and CPM, plus the placement list and campaign conclusions.

Can you guarantee sales?

No. Sales depend on the offer, price, landing page and the wider funnel. If the brand has analytics, we help connect placements with clicks and delayed purchases.

Creative and safety

Who prepares assets and how we protect the brand

Who prepares the creative?

The brand can provide finished assets and we adapt them to live formats. For a special stream, we develop the mechanic and brief with the streamer.

Can AdBlock hide the ad?

No. The advertising is part of the live stream, so an ad blocker cannot hide it.

How do you check brand safety?

We review channel history, tone, previous integrations and the brand's restricted topics. Channels with an unsuitable environment do not enter the plan.

Can we use the recording after the campaign?

Yes, if usage period, platforms and rights are agreed in advance and recorded before launch.

Documents

Ad labeling, contracts and campaign close

Who handles Russian ad labeling?

By default, we handle the ad data operator, tokens, labels and ERIR reporting. The client provides advertiser details and approved assets.

Which documents are needed before launch?

A contract or framework agreement, media plan, budget, labeling data and approval procedure. We provide the exact list with the plan.

Do you use electronic document exchange?

Yes. We prepare invoices, acts, universal transfer documents and placement details according to the agreed process.
